SoMeDaY when the pages of my life end, I know that you will be one of its most beautiful chapters.

Have you ever felt like you were missing something, some piece of your heart that you could never find. GO TO IRELAND! BUY A ONE WAY TICKET TO IRELAND AND NEVER COME BACK…THE END! But really I never knew I needed this until Ireland was placed in front of me. 

REWIND: I guess you guys wanna know the whole story… right?!?!? Imagine unhappy little oh me walking around campus and then BAM Ireland Study Abroad flyer…

Fast forward: Okay so basically my mother and I went to Ireland. My community college did there trips a little different then most colleges… Community individuals could also go with students.

Top picture of this post is my view from my window and it became home to me and to this day I still call it that. My first trip out of the country and it changed me and more ways then I could ever imagine. I could list every reason but I wont force you to skip over the bad breakup story or why I begged my mom to leave me on the day we were going back to the US, but I will say if you ever need to reexamine your life, Ireland is the place for you.

I still say I would move there in a moment if given the chance… One day…One day. I can’t imagine my life without those crucial moments in Ireland… I needed them.

To the wishes I hung on trees, and the laughter I left in the air, Be happy because you helped me become me again and I will be back one day to grow a little more with you.

Hi everyone! So this isn’t me, but its my sister. Sometimes I feel its better to behind the camera then being in the selfie 😉

I could have started off this new blog “Chasing Butterflies” in many different directions but I chose to start with a picture, that wasn’t planned and of her just looking content with life. When this picture was taken we were traveling around Iceland and at this moment she was watching birds fly around…. 

“See a bird…” Iceland was the very first Country she had been to other then the United States so it was pretty special to witness a moment like this. I believe you can only experience these special moments if when you decide to travel outside the country you live in.
